Walking for long hours in very cold weather with less oxygen creates health issues. Be careful and take proper rest during and after treks. - Trek Fever is a very common problem. The weather keeps on changing in High- altitude mountains. You should always carry a proper first-aid kit to avoid flu, fever and cold issues.
