Tour Plan
Day 00: Delhi – Shimla (345 kms – 7/8 hrs)
- Depart from Delhi by 06:30 PM. Overnight Journey.
Day 01: Arrive Shimla – Chitkul
- Reach Shimla by early morning.
- Continue the journey towards Chilkul via Narkanda & Sangla Valley.
- Take a break en-route for fresh n up & breakfast.
- Reach Chitkul by late afternoon and check in to the hotel.
- Dinner & overnight stay in hotel.
Day 02: Chitkul Local Exploration & Day Hike
- After breakfast move towards the ITBP camp.
- Sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Baspa Valley from around the camp and a majestic view of the snow-clad mountains.
- Return from the camp to have lunch.
- After lunch move towards the other side of the Baspa River for a short-day hike and enjoy the forest area along the Baspa River.
- Sit beside the river to enjoy the view from the other side of the ITBP camp.
- Return to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 03: Depart from Chitkul to Shimla & Delhi
- After breakfast visit Kagyupa Temple at Chitkul – The ancient idol of Shakyamuni Buddha.
- Witness the prayer at the temple and start the journey back to Shimla.
- Reach Shimla by evening and continue journey towards Delhi.
